St. Clair County Community College will present the 52nd annual Beatrice Thornton Student Art Exhibition in February and March in the college’s Fine Arts Building. Lifelong learner and alumna Barbara Beck-Donovan (1928-2019) gifts $1.6 million to SC4, People’s Clinic
