PORT HURON – The St. Clair County Community College Board of Trustees will have two seats up for election on Tuesday, Nov. 6.
Each seat is for a six-year term that will begin on Jan. 1, 2019, and end on Dec. 31, 2024. The SC4 Board of Trustees consists of seven elected trustees.
Petitions are available at the St. Clair County Clerk’s Office, 201 McMorran Blvd., Port Huron. Qualified candidates must be age 18 or older by the filing deadline and be a registered voter living in the SC4 district. They also must submit an affidavit of identity and a petition with a minimum 40 signatures and a maximum 100 signatures of registered voters within the SC4 district, or pay a non-refundable $100 registration fee.
